Changed your mind?

You can return your item within 30 days of dispatch. Items must be unused and returned in their original condition with original packaging . Please include your order number and the reason for the return so we can process your refund once the returned goods have been received. Postage costs will not be refunded after 14 days of notifying us that you wish to return goods.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If you have received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please email orders@eric.org.uk with your order number and details before returning the item. If possible, include a photo of the item to help us review the issue and confirm the next steps.

Receive your refund

Once we receive and validate your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the order.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take 1–2 billing cycles for the funds to appear in your account.
