Delivery

About your delivery in the UK 

We use Royal Mail and Parcel Force for all our deliveries.

To offer you reassurance about the safe delivery of your alarm, all our bedwetting alarms are posted using the Royal Mail 48 Hour Tracked for service. We will provide you with a tracking number when we despatch your alarm. This tracked shipping service is included in the price of your alarm.

Postage and packing on orders: 

Orders under £20	£3.99
Orders between £20 and £59.99	£5
Orders £60 and over	Free

Parcels are despatched on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Deliveries will take 5-7 workings days from the day you place your order with us. 

Some products may be sent out direct from the supplier or another fulfilment house. Details of anticipated delivery timescales are on those product’s pages.

Republic of Ireland - £11

All other international deliveries outside of the U.K. - £20

Please be advised that non-UK customers may be subject to additional import duties and charges and we advise you to check local legislation before ordering.
