These boxers look and feel like regular underwear and are designed to work in combination with the Dry Guardians bedwetting treatment system.
The press studs on these boxers allow for the Pjama bedwetting alarm sensor to attach neatly - ensuring the sensor stays in place comfortably and does not fall off overnight.
Unlike conventional bedwetting alarms which only detect moisture once the urine has soaked into clothing and reached the sensor, the sensor threads in the Pjama Treatment boxers means the alarm will be activated as soon as wetting is detected in the fabric.
When your child has a wetting episode, the sensor quickly activates the alarm in your phone or speaker unit to wake your child.
The clip-on sensor wirelessly communicates via a Bluetooth signal with either your smartphone and/or the speaker unit using the DryGuardians App (which is free to download)
These boxers will offer your child a comfortable solution for using a bedwetting alarm, with no awkward wires or bulky clips – a tidy solution with fewer irritations for your child.
Please note: these boxers do not absorb liquid. We recommend using bedding protection such as waterproof sheets or Pjama’s own absorbent blue trousers or shorts which are also available to buy on our website.

Washing instruction
Rinse out the boxers, turn them inside out and wash them as soon as possible.
Remember to remove the clip-on sensor.
Wash with clothing of similar colours.
Do not wash the boxers with sharp objects, for example, zips, bras or other metal items.
Wash at a maximum temperature of 60°C.
Finish the washing programme with a high spin speed cycle. If your washing machine does not have a high spin speed cycle you might need to spin and drain one more time.
These boxers can be tumble dried so they can be used on consecutive nights.
If line-drying, allow for longer for the briefs to completely dry before using again.
Do not:
- dry clean,
- use fabric softener or
- iron the boxers

How the shorts work with the Dry Guardians treatment system
Download the Dry Guardians App and register yourself and your child, select ERIC as the clinic. Set up the Bluetooth connection to connect your phone to your bedwetting alarm from Pjama.
When a wetting accident happens at night, the alarm sensor will be activated and the time of wetting will be recorded automatically in the app.
You can then add further information in the app such as; what time your child went to bed, whether your child woke up on their own or not, etc.
The Dry Guardians app analyses the data and gives you feedback about how to support your child with continuing with the treatment. You will receive notifications and videos containing tips and advice from the experts at Pjama.
Continue to use the bedwetting treatment system until your child has had 14 consecutive dry nights.
