Not happy

I am sorry to say but the waterproof car seat pad not good at all... waste of money .. its it the bin now ..

I am sorry the car seat protector did not perform as it should this is very unusual as we have sold many. Please could you contact customer services orders@eric.org.uk and we can arrange a replacement, we would like you to return the car seat protector (Freepost address) to send to the manufacturer for inspection.
